ZIM A2000 machine can make concrete pipe, square culvert and other concrete materials between 800mm-2000mm diameter and 2000mm-3500mm lenght. In this machines mortar stocking and filling operations are done by mortar conveyor band with bunker. Materials which produced in this machine are transferred to drying area via crane. Our machine is making production on steel pallets. Produced material is carried to drying area with outer mould. After discharging the ready material to drying area, outer mold is movingto main machine for new production. Our Machine is working with hydraulic press and vibration systems. Vibration system of the machine is special design of ZIM Engineers. Vibration system which have oil cooling system and special oil unit. Special designed strong chassi of the machine enables long live producing without errors. Vibration table is made on high precision CNC machines.
Gravel (Stone chips) obtained by breaking in various sizes are collected from 4 pieces of dosage silos into a collector band in desired amount through the bands. The speeds of the feeding belts which are located underneath of 4 pieces dosing silos can be set from the of frequency control panel. Materials are moved into a mixer through these bands, moisturized by adding water and then obtained a homogenous and compressible mechanical material. Mixed and moistened material collected in loading silo through a band. There are 2 pieces of pneumatically controlled covers in loading silos in order to load the trucks fast.

ZIM 1536 PLUS Block and Paverstone Machine is special design machine for block and interlock production that works fully automatic.The movement of the machine is programmed the PLC microprocessor computer. By changing moulds all kinds of blocks, paverstones, curbstones, grass stones, lentos and precast concrete elements can be produced in a serial way. 20cm block can be produced 15, interlock paverstones can be produced 36 units in one press. Machine is able to produce the insulated block upon demand. Thanks to special features developed by our engineers machine have very short cycle time. For example mould changing is wery easy and take short tme in new system. Automation system and operator panel which is developed and redesigned in long years become user friendly and useful. With our special design vibration table you can produce high quality products with less energy. We use pneumatic bellows in machine mould connections, due to this system vibration on mould is expanded regular and uniform. Vibrating feeder is a part of stone crushing equipment used for constant feeding of product to the crusher from loading bunker. Vibrating feeder is placed on springs from all sides for easy vibration. Grizzly part of the feeder allows to remove soil coming from the nature together with the stone pieces. Vibrating feeder can be manufactured in different width and length depending on bunker structure and total per hour capacity of the plant. Grizzly part can be single or double staged, depending on soil amount of the loaded product.
