This porosity tester is used to measure the porosity of flexible cellular polyurethane. The test principle is to place the specimen in a cavity, and the equipment automatically applies continuous air pressure, then test how easy it is for the air to pass through the cellular structure of the foam.
This machine is designed for the determination of the rebound elasticity of foam materials applied in ASTM D3574, ISO 8307, JIS 6400.It evaluates the average percentage of spring rate through a given diameter and the quality of steel ball in the specified height on free falling on the foam sample.This machine adopts microprocessor to control, LCD display, and can print test data.
The polish rod clamps are with hinge-joint butterfly structure. The body is made of high grade casting steel and accomplished with subjected heat treatment.
The clamps hold the polish rods tightly with force of friction. No any inserts with teeth needed. So damages and cuttings on the polish rod surface can be eliminated.
