GRIPHOLD® make, Heavy Duty, Hex Drivers in ¼ sq. drive made from chrome vanadium steel ( EN- 47 ) with rust resistant black industrial finish. GRIPHOLD® industrial tools are made from the heavy duty and higher torque applications. They are made from high-grade materials, which have a high Torque bearing capacity as well as the impact applications. They undergo a special Heat Treatment process and the stress is relieved of all components before Hardening is carried out. The process of hardness is carried out in accordance with the IS Standards for every tools and testing is done on 100% basis. The tempering process is given special attention. Design and Hardness are strictly followed as per IS-Standards for Industrial Tools. Torque/Load tests are carried out to confirm the quality of every batch as per IS-Standards. Griphold Industrial Tools have industrial black finish due to application of phosphate process for rust resistance and non-pealing of surface coating, instead of chrome plating, which is the general practice among general purpose tools manufacturers. The wear resistance of Griphold Industrial Tools is almost the double of the general-purpose tools which is due to special manufacturing process.
