Introduction :
RX-12558 was multifunction organic-silicone fluid softener. It imparts durable, wash resistant to fibers, textures and leathers. Traditional softeners (e.g. amino-functional silicones) generally cause the fabric to become extremely hydrophobic.
But RX-12558 is designed to provide hydrophilic & softening to all kind of textures, leathers and hairs. Especially, RX-1288 may be applied by exhaustion methods for treating various fabrics without side reaction.

NPP651C / W, transparent / white paste are suitable for 100% cotton fabric. It provides high color brightness, soft hand feel and also excellent washing fastness.
Jinbest General Pigment Printing Colorant is the first developed product. It has continuous to improve from time to time.
Now it contains no Formaldehyde, NPEO, Heavy Metals etc. Only the Azo can not be excluded completely, but is continuously modify. Be notify about this before used the products.

7. Light Fastness(1.0% x 40AFU): grade 4 at least.
8. Dry heating Fastness(180oC x 30 secs): 4 grade at least.
9. Color migration Fastness into PVC foil: numerous products are grade 4 at least.

Brilliance Series -
This series is formulated as an economical Plastisol Ink, recommend for printing directly on 100% light colored cotton. It is capable to create fine lines and delicate patterns, provides a beautiful luster; vivid color shade; good stability, the finish can be flat surface and soft touch feeling.
Opaque Series -
This series is specially recommend for printing on Dark colored fabrics, its opaque character could simply cover the dark under-layer, and lies colorful patterns on it.
￭ Photo-Tone Series (4 Color Process Ink) -
This series could be used on wet-on-wet printing, it comprises 4 essential colors-yellow, red, blue, and black, specific for 4-Color Press images. For obtaining the designed tone, it requires to be printed only onto white or light colored fabrics, the undertone shall alter the expected color shade otherwise.
Screens : To gain sharp and fine patterns, we suggest you to choose 120 meshes screen , but if you apply for three-dimensional effects or stronger color shades, less meshes screens or thicker screens would be recommended, but the maximum is 100 meshes.
Modification : Jinbest Plastisol Ink could be adjusted to meet your specific viscosity and fluidity by adding only a small amount of Reducer PL-T10, but if you like to reduce the color concentration, please add Clear PL-T01 to achieve this purpose only.
Curing : Jinbest Plastisol Ink will not air dry and must be heat cured, which requires curing temperature reaches 110~120óJ / 3~5 Minutes. Curing can be accomplished via a conveyor dryer, flash curing unit, or simple infrared heat source.
Detergent : When wash-up, instance biodegradable agent or turpine oil are recommended.
Storage : To store our plastisol ink under general room temperature. Prolonged exposure to high temperature might Occur the gelation.
