RX-12558 was multifunction organic-silicone fluid softener. It imparts durable, wash resistant to fibers, textures and leathers. Traditional softeners (e.g. amino-functional silicones) generally cause the fabric to become extremely hydrophobic.
But RX-12558 is designed to provide hydrophilic & softening to all kind of textures, leathers and hairs. Especially, RX-1288 may be applied by exhaustion methods for treating various fabrics without side reaction.

DESCRIPTION
ITLS PMS 60 is a single component elastomeric sealant without isocyanates.
It cures rapidly under the effect of atmospheric humidity to form a flexible and resistant joint with very good adhesion on most materials.

APPLICATION
ITLS PMS 60 is suitable for industrial and refrigerated trailers, truck bodies, shipbuilding, air conditioning and ventilation units, sandwich panels and other industrial applications.
ITLS PMS 60 can also be used for bonding and caulking different materials used in the building industry : concrete, wood, aluminum, most lacquered metals, polyester, glass, stone, ceramic, and so on. However, for difficult materials especially lacquered or non-ferrous metals, it is necessary to make tests beforehand.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrates must be clean, even, dry, free of dust, oil, grease and any contaminants that could harm bonding. All traces of poorly adherent paints or coatings should be systematically removed beforehand.
They may be cleaned with PMS primer, methylethylketone (MEK) or acetone. Check the compatibility of the solvent used with the substrates.
It may be necessary to rub down the substrate beforehand. After rubbing down, the surface should be recleaned. Allow the substrate to dry after degreasing.
When using solvents, extinguish all sources of ignition and carefully follow the safety and handling instructions given by the manufacturer.

CAULKING:
ITLS PMS 60 can be applied by a manual or pneumatic gun. After application, use a putty knife to smooth the joint with soapy water. Do not apply at a temperature under 5 C. In cold weather, store the cartridges at about 20 �°C before use. This product should be used within 24 hours of opening the cartridge protection; otherwise, the sealant could harden inside. Avoid any contact with non-cured polyurethanes during curing.

CLEANING:
Tools can be cleaned with PMS primer, MEK or acetone before the sealant has completely cured. After curing, abrasion is necessary.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in the original, hermetically sealed packagings between 5 and 25 C

DESCRIPTION
Hydrostatic press stone filmless maintenance agent is a maintenance hybrid comprised of a special kind of Oligomer Silsesquiloxane mixed in a water-based solution, formulated with powerful surfactants attributing to its excellent-resistance properties and a non-yellowing methyl silane hybrid, which reacts with the moisture and CO2 in the air, forming a nonsolvent based resin that penetrates into the substrate heightening its water proofing ability. Its ability to penetrate deep into the concrete, as deep as 3~5m/m, distinguishes it from other products on the market. Moreover, it can cause a chemical reaction with alkaline materials that produces crystals inside the concrete, that can fill and block the micro-vein within the concrete so as to reach the waterproof effect in depth; thus, the longevity of the building can be extended.

APPLICATION
Water, anti-pollutants and anti-weathering resistance for various surfaces such as: tiles, gaps between tiles, terra cotta, calcium silicate board , plasterboard ,bricks,concrete,
natural and process stone, stone carving, stone washing, stone smoothening, stone cutting,sidewalks, parking plywood.

Clean Up
Clean up tool as soon as possible with water before it set hard. For harden adhesive, scrap off as much as possible with a strong scraper. Use solvent such as mineral turp to
soften the remaining adhesive.

Shelf life â?? I year if kept at ambient temperature within 5â?°C - 35â?°C.
