CPE/CR Rubber Vulcanizer H631 Colour: Light yellow powder Cross-linking Agent ACTORH-631 H631 can be used as a thiadiazole vulcanization system for vulcanization crosslinking of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE/CM) and chloroprene rubber (CR). As a CM/CR high-efficiency vulcanizing agent, it can produce heat-resistant, ozone-ageing, flame-retardant and excellent physical properties. It is widely used in rubber products such as cables, hoses, tapes and so on. H631 is obtained by complex condensation coupling reaction of thiadiazole derivatives and other macromolecule amides. Its appearance is a pale yellow powder. The product can be used in various vulcanization processes of CPE/CR, such as moulding, continuous vulcanization, pot-type, microwave-type, etc. H631 can effectively vulcanize chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM), chloroprene rubber (CR) and obtain excellent vulcanizates. Characteristic 1. H631 is suitable for low pressure die-less vulcanization (conventional peroxide system requires higher vulcanization temperature and pressure), with good processing safety and longer scorching time. 2. TDDS is a derivative of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole ester. TDDS is a derivative of thiadiazole ester. TDDS is especially suitable for vulcanization and crosslinking of CPE. It is a highly effective and high performance vulcanizing agent for chlorinated polyethylene with NC or BF. It is suitable for Moldless vulcanization in vulcanization tank with low vulcanization temperature. Also suitable for injection moulding can be vulcanized in vulcanizer. 2. The curing speed is fast and the positive curing time is short. 3. Safe operation, no pollution in the production process, no irritating odor, no frost, no scorch. 4. The physical properties of vulcanizates are as good as those of peroxide systems, and they are ageing-resistant. Excellent heat resistance, small compression permanent deformation, especially good tear resistance. 5. The product has good appearance, no frost spraying, no burning and no irritating odor. Product applications: 1. The recommended dosage is 2.0-2.5 TDDS and 1.5 BF (NC) for cable sheath and rubber products such as inner and outer rubber and conveyor belts. 2. A small amount of insoluble sulfur can be used in braided rubber pipes with copper-plated steel wires to improve their vulcanization and adhesion to steel wires. 3. Suitable for high temperature and rapid vulcanization, and also for steam tank type vulcanization: 4 kg/cm2 steam pressure (151 C) vulcanization tank. Suggestion of vulcanization time is 40 minutes.
