H631 can be used as a thiadiazole vulcanization system for vulcanization crosslinking of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE/CM) and chloroprene rubber (CR). As a CM/CR high-efficiency vulcanizing agent, it can produce heat-resistant, ozone-ageing, flame-retardant and excellent physical properties. It is widely used in rubber products such as cables, hoses, tapes and so on. H631 is obtained by complex condensation coupling reaction of thiadiazole derivatives and other macromolecule amides. Its appearance is a pale yellow powder. The product can be used in various vulcanization processes of CPE/CR, such as moulding, continuous vulcanization, pot-type, microwave-type, etc. H631 can effectively vulcanize chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM), chloroprene rubber (CR) and obtain excellent vulcanizates.
Characteristic
1. H631 is suitable for low pressure die-less vulcanization (conventional peroxide system requires higher vulcanization temperature and pressure), with good processing safety and longer scorching time.
2. H631 can replace high-priced plasticizers such as DOP with cheap plasticizers such as aromatic oils.
3. H631 is an effective co-vulcanizing crosslinking agent for rubber such as CPE/EPDM CPE/NR CPE/CR.
