* Description SVR 10
SVR 10 is made from field coagulum materials. The materials are precleaned by passing them through creper – hammermills and then stored some weeks for maturation before production. Mature materials are blended and soaked in the water to be clean, size reduction to crumbs, drying and baling. SVR 10 has good technological properties similar to SVR 20, but lower dirt content

* Description SVR 5
SVR 5 is a quality natural rubber. It is produced wholly from field latex. Field latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. This is type of rubber which production process is the same SVR 3L grade. The field latex is coagulated with formic acid, and then make crumbs by passing through a crusher, some crepers and a shredder. After the dried crumbs are cooled and then compressed into blocks.

SVR 10CV is produced from cuplumps. it has constant viscosity by added with only hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS). It is produced through the two dryprebreakers equipment and cool processing line. This is a grade of rubber with constant viscosity. The hydroxylamine substance inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity.

SVR CV50 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) and peptizer before coagulation with acid. The coagulum is allowed to mature some hours, reduced to crumbs by passing through a crusher, crepers, a shredder, dried and pressed into bales. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. Mooney vicosity (MV) is 50 ± 5.

HNS is only added before coagulation with acid. The SVR CV60 rubber is processed through some stages such as crushing, creping, crumbing, drying and baling. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. Mooney viscosity (MV) is 60 ± 5.

Pad printing silicone rubber is mainly applicable to the printing of irregular patterns on plastics toys, electroplating products, electronic, trademarks, artwork gifts, and stationary, etc. And the silicone pad is a carrier which transfers the patterns from the steel plate onto the products’ surface, it has the advantage of good printing effects, good quality, good resilience and without any impurity.
Operation method of the pad printing silicone rubbuer.
1. Firstly, you should prepare all the tools such as the pad mold, the cup for mixing, and a glass stick.
2. Then clean the pad mould with detergent, and dry it with a piece of cloth or an air gun.
3. After that, mix the pad printing silicone rubber and the silicone soil as your own requirements. Generally, the larger the size of the pattern you need to print, the more silicone oil is needed.
