RSS is made directly from latex which is treated and then made to coagulate. The coagulated latex sheets are then air dried or smoked in ovens.
RSS rubber sheets are used in the production of Tyres (tires) & Tubes, Tread Carcass, Off road tyres & ADV tyres, Extruded hoses, Footwear etc. Tyre industry is the biggest consumer of RSS3 rubber sheets.

RSS is widely used in many industries, especially tyre business. Unsmoked Sheets are collected from local farmers. The sheets are cleaned and smoked in controlled temperature with technical supervision. The smoked sheets then are classified by visual inspection from well-trained staff into five grades.
