Hammer mill crusher Operating Principle
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammerto small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that Materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left tobe further hammered and ground until reach the st and ard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between therotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.








Hammer Mill Design
The major components of hammer mill, shown in the picture, include: - a delivery device is used to introduce the material to be ground into the path of the hammers. A rotor comprised of a series of machined disks mounted on the horizontal shaft performs this task. - free-swinging hammer that is suspended from rods running parallel to the shaft and through the rotor disks. The hammer carries out the function of smashing the ingredients in order to reduce their particle size. - a perforated screen and either gravity- or air-assisted removal of ground product. Acts to screen the particle size of the hammer mill to ensure particles meet a specified maximum mesh size.

Feeder Design
Materials are introduced into the paths of the hammers by a variable speed vein feeder. This type of feeder can have its motor slaved by a programmable controller to the main drive motor of the hammer mill. The operational speed of the feeder is controlled to maintain optimum amperage loading of the main motor.

Screen Design
The amount of open area in hammer mills screen determines the particle size and grinding efficiency. The screen must be designed to maintain its integrity and provide the greatest amount of open area. Screen openings (holes) that are aligned in a 60-degree staggered pattern optimize open area while maintaining screen strength. This method will result in a 40 percent open area using 3.2 mm (1/8 inch) holes aligned on 4.8 mm (3/16 inch) centers.

Working Principle

1. Material is fed into the millâ??s chamber typically by gravity.
2. The material is struck by ganged hammers which are attached to a shaft which rotates at a high speed inside the chamber. The materials are crushed or shattered by the repeated hammer impacts, collisions with the walls of the grinding chamber as well as particle on particle impacts.
3. Perforated metal screens, or bar grates covering the discharge opening of the mill retaining coarse materials for further grinding while allowing qualified sized materials to pass through as finished product.

Working Principle

Hammer crusher mainly consists of frame, rotor, trapezoidal iron plate, bar grate, etc. And the frame consists of the upper part and the lower part. The rotor consists of main shaft, disk,hinge pin and hammers .The bar grate is below the rotor.

The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. When the materials get into the crushing cavity, they are crushed by the rotating hammers, the crushed products which meet the required size can be discharged from the bar grate and become the final products, the products in larger size are brought back for re-crushing until they reach the required size.

Overview:
The LPM-01 cryogenic mill with closed liquid nitrogen (LN2) auto-fill system is carefully developed by RUISHENBAO® analytical (shanghai) Co., Ltd, which pulverize and mix some soft, temperature-sensitive or high fat content of samples such as candy, chocolate, Soybeans, peanuts and other food samples for sample preparation in laboratory. The grinding jar is continually cooled with liquid nitrogen from the integrated LN2 cooling system before and during the grinding process. Thus the sample is embrittled and volatile components are preserved. The liquid nitrogen circulates through the system and is continually replenished from an auto-fill system in the exact amount which is required to keep the low temperature of user that evenly reach -196 °C depending on the continuously filling time and amount of LN2.
