CMM-12R is designed for extension of transformer service life by restoration of dielectric strength and chemical composition of electrical insulation oil. In the process of oil regeneration, decomposition products and acidic compounds are removed, the oil is clarified, its oxidation stability is improved, and gas solvency is reduced. The unique feature of the CMM our units is the ability to regenerate transformer oil directly in a transformer with the transformer either online or offline. The functions of the unit: *Oil regeneration; *Thermal vacuum drying of oil; *Vacuum treatment of transformer; Such regeneration of oil is capable of removing sludge from paper insulation and capturing it with the sorbent. One of the advantages of the regeneration unit is the use of Fuller`s earth sorbent, which can be reactivated many times. This gives the unit the capability to process oil continuously without stops to change saturated sorbent. Even after the sorbent is completely exhausted after 1.5 to 2 years of use, it is completely environmentally safe and can be used as a filler for construction materials and mixes. The CMM 12 our unit is controlled by a computer with special status software. The scanner control system offers the operator full control of all components. The operator can control the equipment, switch to various modes of operation, monitor sensor indications and access event flow. As requested by clients, the CMM-12R can be controlled remotely via the internet. In these cases, the fish is nearly always an odd-shaped object that cannot be engaged in the normal manner. Fishing magnets successfully remove these small objects from the hole bottom. The tool's design incorporates generous circulation holes that wash away the cuttings and other debris that other wise would prevent contact with the magnet. Fishing magnets can be run on either wire line or pipe.

Float collars and float shoe The float collars and float shoe are used to guide the casing to be put into the hole. It can adjust the floating power of the casing when the casing been laid in. There is a back-pressure valve in the float shoe. You can use the oil well cement to fill the area between the float shoe and the body. The back-pressure can be cut by back-pressure valve. The upper hole and the lower hole will be open when the products after done . After the pressure of the circulating mud press the valve head into the lower place, the three collar valve on the valve tail will fall down automatically. The valve will press the valve seat tightly at the function of spring after the cement injection. And it will as a one-way valve function in the working. At that time, you could inject the mud into the pump from the upper end to the lower end, but the liquid of the well won`t be back in the casing below the valve or the outside circulation area of the casing.
