Seller issues a Commercial Invoice (CI) and Buyer signs and returns back the Commercial Invoice along with Buyer's Tank storage agreement (TSA). 3. Seller issues draft SPA to the buyer to review for R&E monthly deliveries. 8. Buyer review and approves the SPA and issues DLC MT700or SBLC MT760 irrevocable, non-transferable, auto revolving for 12 months shipment value, Financial Instrument for length of the contract, and for each lift per schedule.
