The production of peas is a multistage process in which the grain undergoes several stages of cleaning from impurities, peeling, polishing, and sorting. To improve the technological characteristics of peas, our specialists steam it and then process it in a special way, achieving the required moisture level, after which it is sorted and packaged. At all stages of production, the quality of the manufactured product is controlled by the laboratory.
Thorough processing of whole and split peas significantly extends their shelf life without reducing the valuable properties of the product.
