The aim of these measures is to prevent the spread of diseases on and between farms and include: On farm quarantine and visitor disinfectant precautions. An effective hygiene regime in order to maintain a healthy flock. Clean drinking water, no untreated dam or river water can be used. The use of antibiotics is strictly controlled. They are administered under vetinerary supervision only in the event of a threat to flock health. We operate all processing facilities according to a Hazard and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program. Our Quality Assurance department routinely monitors and validates all aspects of food safety to ensure the integrity of our products. All of our premises are export approved facilities.
