IMD, IML are products which add patterns and functions on the products surface at the same time as molding, by sandwiching a film with patterns or functions in a mold and pouring the melted resin into it.
We can provide unique features on your product surface which cannot not be added by conventional process like painting, silk printing or pad printing.
We can even add electric functions such as touch sensors / buttons and LEDs to your product surface with NISSHA IME solution. IME (In-mold Electronics) is a module product which integrates touch sensors, light source heater, etc. into a plastic panel.
