PCR Master Mix is a 2X concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and all of the components required for PCR, except DNA template and primers. This pre-mixed formulation saves time and reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps required for PCR set up. The mix is optimized for efficient and reproducible PCR.

Therefore, in the experiment, according to the volume of the solution taken, try to use the smallest gauge cylinder that can be measured at one time. Fractional metering can also cause errors. If you take 70ml of liquid, you should use a 100mL measuring cylinder.

I. Product introduction:
Test standard: It is in line with Standard GB/T2951-2008 and Standard GB5013-2008, and it shall be used together with aging test chamber.
II. Key parameters:
Maximum number of samples in a test:3
