We have 2 kinds of coconut peat:
1. Cocopeat with a lot short fiber (picture beside)
2. Cocopeat with a few short fiber (we sifted the short fiber, until 92% peat and 8% fiber).
Desiccated Coconut is the de-shelled, pared, washed, milled, blanced, dried, sifted, hygienically packed meat of the fresh and mature of coconut. Raw materials that are rich in dietary fiber, healthy, and good for making biscuits, confectionary, ice cream and cakes with unique textures.
Organic Coconut flour is a healthy substitute to traditional wheat flour. Commonly used in baking and cooking, it is obtained during coconut oil production, after completely drying and extracting most of the oil and milk from fresh coconut kernels.
