How to Make Ladoos
Transfer a portion of the mix in a pan or a microwave-safe bowl
Heat the portion on a low flame or microwave for 10-20 seconds
Once warm, transfer a small portion on your palm and roll a fist full of powder into round circular balls (can apply oil on palms if too dry but not needed)
Eat immediately or transfer into a airtight container

Given our love for oats, we gave this recipe a twist by substituting chickpea with Oats flour and shredded sweet potatoes making it a rich source of energy and fiber. This incredibly nutritious and tasty mix avoids bloating commonly caused by chickpea flour and improves digestion.
Lets Get Cooking
Add 2-3 tbsp of water or buttermilk to 1/4 cup of mix to prepare one pancake
Heat a pan
Pour the portion onto the pan and add 1/2 tbsp. of oil around the edges
Option to add onions, tomatoes and green chilies in the mix or on top of pancake

Instant dosa mix is really handy. it's not just because it can make really quick dosa recipe, but also a bouquet of recipes with it. even though the proportions are for a soft dosa, but a lot can be achieved from it. initially, my plan was to make a masala dosa premix, but it is very difficult to get the other recipes from it. for masala dosa, the batter has to yield a crisp roasted dosa and the combination is slightly different.
