Corn gluten feed is a by-product obtained from the wet milling process, where the corn kernel is separated into starch, oil, protein, and bran components. Initially, the corn undergoes soaking in sulfurous acid, resulting in steep liquor containing protein, minerals, vitamins, and energy sources. The swollen kernel then undergoes extraction to isolate starch and oil. The remaining fiber or bran is combined with the steep liquor. The resulting wet corn gluten feed can be dried to approximately 90 percent dry matter, referred to as Dry Corn Gluten Feed. When diets are formulated to fulfill protein requirements and are equivalent in energy, corn gluten feed approximates soybean meal as a protein source. However, it's essential to note that the amino acid content quality is inferior in corn gluten feed compared to soybean meal. Flexus Global is recognized as one of the premier Maize Gluten Feed Suppliers in India. With its high digestibility ranging from 70% to 80% and a relatively elevated proportion of raw fiber, Maize Gluten Feed proves to be an excellent feedstuff for ruminants. Moreover, it aids in preventing ruminal acidosis. Given the exceptional stability of starches and protein components, along with its role as a source of protein and energy, corn gluten feed serves as an ideal feed-mix supplement not only for dairy cows and beef cattle but also for all other livestock species.

Cocopeat is a multipurpose growing medium made out of coconut husk. The fibrous coconut husk is pre washed, machine dried, sieved and made free from sand and other contaminations such as animal and plant residue. Cocopeat is a very good alternative to traditional peat moss and Rock wool. Its air-filled porosity and high-water holding capacity makes it, an ideal growing medium for the plant crops. It is 100% organic and eco-friendly, free from soil borne pathogen and weed. ADVANTAGES OF COCOPEAT Eco-friendly and Sustainable growing medium High moisture retention capacity High cation exchange capacity Improves soil aeration Improves soil buffering capacity Mostly tolerant to pH variations Can buffer water soluble nutrients COCOPEAT MANUFACTURING PROCESS 1. Coconut Husk Processing : Coconut husks are processed at our Coconut Fibre Mills to extract coir fibre, leaving behind the by-product a spongy material that binds the coconut fibre in the husk â?? the coco coir or the coco peat, the main raw material for the Coco Coir based Growing Medium. 2. Washing of Raw Cocopeat : Coir Pith is washed with fresh water to lower the electrical conductivity which is a measure of the salt content, so that plants roots can absorb water efficiently and effectively. 3. Drying of Washed Cocopeat : Wet Coir pith is then sun-dried in concrete yards to reduce the moisture content to the right value to achieve the required compaction. 4. Sorting : Dried Coir Pith are sorted based on their electrical conductivity and moisture level. 5. Sifting & Sieving : Sorted Coir Pith is sifted and sieved to remove the fine dust particles and extract the right sized grains as per the growing medium specification. 6. Compaction of Cocopeat : Substrate mixture is compacted in hydraulic presses to the required size as per clientâ??s requirement. 7. Pack & Dispatch : Packed as per the specifications (shrink wrapped with / without label or packed in cartons) and are then moved to our stock warehouse for palletising and shipment.
