Premire is bottle-aged for 36 months. On the nose you can perceive boulangerie fragrancies, on the palate is crispy, tasty, vertical and fresh. Premire is a well-balanced wine, elegant, harmonious, and it ends with notes of wild fruits. Premire is perfect for appetisers. It is ideal to accompany soups and purees,fish and vegetarian dishes.
