Our product is grown in the hills of Cianjur, Jawa Barat, and managed under experienced farmers who have cultivated the commodity for more than 10 years. Our plantation field is 1000 m above sea level, in 9 hectares of land. Indonesiaâ??s ginger is strong and pungent in taste. To preserve this authentic characteristic, we will ensure that the overall harvesting process will carefully be taken care of, starting from picking the raw ginger until the final packaging phase. We provide two kinds of ginger, which are red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) and giant white ginger (Zingiber officinale).
We export Fresh Ginger from Indonesia. Our fresh ginger harvested after 9 to 10 months old to guarantee the maximum of product maturity. Fresh ginger then cleaned and dried carefully by our experienced employee. Before packing process we do handpicking sorting to ensure our top grade quality on every packs.
