Krones Toptronic K 719-555 Rotary Empty Bottle Inspector
The Toptronic inspector is made for inspecting empty returnable PET bottles and empty non-returnable and returnable glass bottles. It utilizes state-of-the-art camera technology to provide precision empty container inspection. The sophisticated inspection modules detect even the tiniest damage or contamination – both in glass and PET returnable bottles.

This unit has been in operation only with PET bottles sizes 0.5 liter (four different types), 1.5 liter ( two different types) 1.0 and 1.25 liter bottles and it has been in operation since 2002 and is still in very good operational condition. Handling tools for above mentioned PET bottles will be a part of delivery.

Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups.
Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls. Control valves are manually adjusted.
The fermented yogurt is transferred to two 100 liter feeding tanks of the packing line with gentle rotary lobe pumps. Filling the yogurt cups is fully automated 2-lane packing process. The main equipment are manufactures by German Canzhorn & Srimin. Later installed automatic cup feeding equipment places 150 gr - 200 gr cups in 2 rows on the filling machine. The filling machine fills cups in three phases; first to the bottom desired volume of jam and then two different layers of product mass. ( 3-layer of yogurt). The cups are closed with aluminum lids which is sealed with electric heater. Transfer conveyor moves closed cups on to a palletizing machine which loads 20 cups on each cardboard or plastic tray (tray is automatically fed by a tray feeding device) where full trays are moved to a stacker machine which piles several layers of trays (up to 1 meter tall) for transportation.

Good condition filtration press made ny German MSE Filterpress GmbH in year 1997. The press has 33 plates of size 630 x 630 mm, cace thickness 25 mm. Includes own hydraulic system and control cabinet.
The equipment is manufactured by German MSE Filterpress GmbH, year 1997. Manufacturer’s type KFP 630-40-25K-MPN+DLMP. Structure is made on normal construction steel, plate size is 630 x 630 mm. The filter plates are pressed with single acting hydraulic cylinder with inbuilt hydraulic pump-motor. Product is fed in a central sludge feed inlet with flange connection and each pressing unit has its own outlet for the liquid filtrate which is them collected in one outlet channel. The cake will be disposed under the press. The unit has its own control panel attached to the equipment.
