Oxidized Bitumen is a type of Bitumen that obtains from blowing air to the Pure VB (vacuum bottom) Bitumen. Oxidized Bitumen has a lower penetration point and more softening point in comparison to VB. Based on its softening point and penetration points, it classifies into three types of low, medium and hard Oxidized Bitumen.
Oxidized Bitumen is well known by other names also as Blown Bitumen, Hard Bitumen, Blown Asphalt, and Oxidized Asphalt.
Process of Production of Oxidized Bitumen by Air Blowing
Process for the oxidation of bitumen, according to which a feed stream of bitumen and a stream of air or of another gaseous oxidizing agent are sent to a pressurized reactor, said reactor being a so-called rotary apparatus . The reaction between the gaseous oxidizing agent and the bitumen or other in the reactor is improved by generating turbulence by means of rotor-stator type mixing devices which produce shear forces making it possible to obtain a good dispersion of the oxidizing agent.
The Oxidized Bitumen is defined as follows: bitumen whose rheological properties have been substantially modified by reaction with air at elevated temperatures. Preferably, the oxidized bitumen has a softening point (ball and ring temperature) comprised between 85 and 95 C. The oxidized bitumen having a penetration at 25 C. of 5 to 15 mm are preferentially used.

Paint-like mixtures of gilsonite, solvents, and other additives are used to coat and seal asphalt pavements like driveways and parking lots. Gilsonite is also used as an adhesive and waterproofing agent in the manufacture of roofing felt. Addition of gilsonite makes some paint and wood stain formulations more durable.
Bitumen 60/70 is a common grade of Penetration Bitumen category that is used in many industries like construction, pavements, manufacturing other types of Bitumen, etc..
Capacity : 1.5 ton/hr
Grades of Products : All fine and coarse grades of expanded perlite can be produced up to 8mm.
Fuel Type : Natural Gas, LNG or Diesel

We are all familiar with bitumen and have used it in our daily lives. Bitumen is mainly used as an adhesive in asphalt, which plays a very important role in road construction and sealing at landfills and hydraulic engineering. This important material has many roles in the world, for example, its other application is the production of roofing membranes and waterproofing for flat roofs and waterproofing of buildings. Bitumen is also used in many areas outside the construction industry because it has the effect of thermal insulation and sound absorption, which reduces foot noise. Bitumen is mostly used in insulation of roofs and roofs, which can prevent moisture and water penetration. Also, bitumen insulation is one of the most common waterproofing techniques in buildings due to its chemical and physical properties and preventing water penetration. Components are used in contact with the floor, floorboards and walls as a horizontal and vertical waterproofing
In general, bitumen is used in construction in all parts of the world as the main sealing material for service bitumen, garden bitumen, balcony sealing, and pre-roofing bitumen substructure. Tile bedding such as bathrooms and toilets that are constantly exposed to moisture must be sealed with water to prevent water from penetrating them. There are also different types of bitumen in construction, such as mixed bitumen, emulsion bitumen, Trinidad bitumen, modified bitumen, tar bitumen, loose and mixed construction bitumen, hard construction bitumen, each of which has its own application
hey are blend stocks used to formulate a variety of lubricating oils for use in engines and other machinery. Base oils are used to manufacture products including lubricating greases motor oil and metal processing fluid.
Group I BASES: The main field of application of these bases is the formulation of lubricant base oils for the automotive industry, heavy industry, marine applications, and greases. These bases can also be used for the production of white oils and fluxes in the manufacturing of asphalts.
GROUP II-III BASES: These oils are especially recommended in very different applications according to their characteristics, from textile and cutting oils for the lightest ones to lubricant formulations for turbines, engines, heat pumps and exchangers, and hydraulic fluids for the heaviest ones.
Tire regenerate of the RShTN type received by a thermomechanical method from automobile tires. Regenerate is available in rolls used for the production of rubber products for various purposes (in the tire industry, production of RTG ). The tire regenerate meets the requirements of TU U 6-25521987.009-2000 "Thermomechanical tire regenerate".
