Thanks to this climate and unmedicated production, our olives have very high quality free fatty acid levels as well as their sensory properties such as oil quality, fruity, aroma and odor. PRODUCTION PROCESS Since olives are collected as tableware, they can be harvested by hand in a very precise way and put into the air handling box without wasting time.Thus, fresh olives taken without waiting in a few hours to bring to our facilities by selecting the most beautiful, can produce delicious flavored olive oil.
