2. A filtering factor is defined in reservoir of the transfer base, but plant guarantees
correspondence of the rate, specified in standard specifications.

FOB VOPAK PROCEDURES
VOPAK-TO VOPAK AUTHORIZED PROCEDURE
1) The Buyer accepts the Seller's working procedure and submits an Irrevocable Corporate
Purchase Order (ICPO), along with the Vopak Account number and Customer Information
Sheet (CIS) for verification and processing.
2) Seller submits Buyers files to Vopak Terminal Manager.
3) The Vopak Terminal Manager sends the Vopak Agreement to the Buyer through the Seller.
The Buyer has 48 hours to sign and return the Vopak Agreement, also through the Seller.
4) The Buyer, through the Seller, finalizes the Vopak Terminal Protocols with the Vopak
Terminal Manager and obtains the following information, which is then submitted to the
Seller:
Vopak Barcode
Vopak Registration information
Vopak Reference Code
The Buyer must also complete and submit the following Authorization Form along with the
previous information:
LETTER OFAUTHORIZATION
We, (Buyer Name), a company registered at (Address), represented by Mr. (Representative's
Name), holder of Passport Number (Passport Number), are the owner of a barcode code at
Vopak Terminal, under contract reference number (Contract Reference Number).
Once the Buyer completes the above process and receives the Vopak Reference Number
from the Vopak Terminal Manager, the Buyer will gain access to communicate directly with
the Vopak Terminal Manager using the assigned Reference Code.
5) The Seller sends the Commercial Invoice (CI) for the Buyer's endorsement. The Buyer
must sign the CI and return it, along with the signed Letter of Authorization, within 24 hours
of receipt.
6) The Seller provides the Buyer with the Full Proof of Product (POP) documents, along with
a fresh SGS report (issued within the last 48 hours) and a one-time official confirmation
email from an SGS official.

7) Upon successful verification of the POP, the Buyer issues a Vopak Tank Storage Receipt
(TSR) and/or QR Codes, after which the injection of the product into the Buyers tanks
begins.
8) Upon completion of the injection, the Seller transfers title to the Buyer.
9) The Buyer makes full payment via MT103/TT for the transaction, after which the Seller
issues all commercial/export documents to the Buyer.
10) The Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in the transaction.

SELLERâ??S APPROVED FOB ROTTERDAM TRANSACTION PROCEDURE TANK TO TANK
1. Buyer issues ICPO, and company registration certificate, data page of Buyerâ??s Passport, and TSA.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) & Warning Letter to Buyer, Buyer signs CI and Warning Letter
and returns back to Seller. Seller provides the below documents to Buyer:
a) Company Registration Certificate,
b) Product Quality Passport (Dip Test Result),
c) Statement of Product Availability, and
d) Certificate of Origin of the Product.
3. Seller logistics team verify Buyerâ??s provided tank farm and upon approval. Buyer shall FIRST pay for
2 days to their Tank Farm Company before the Seller pays for 3 days tank farm lease. Both parties
showing proof of readiness for activation of the GPS Coordinate-Tank storage receipt (TSR) and fuel
transmission program before Injection will proceed accordingly.
4. Seller issues following POP documents to Buyer:
a) Injection report,
b) Dip test authorization letter (DTA) â?? Unconditional,
c) Authorization to Sell,
d) Fresh SGS Report or equivalent, and
e) Authorization to verify the product in Seller's tank (ATV).
5. Buyer conducts Dip test on the product and makes the payment for the total value of product injected
into the tanks through the means of MT103- TT wire transfer.
6. Seller pays all Seller intermediaries involved in the transaction in accordance with the NCNDA/IMFPA.
7. Subsequently monthly shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the Commercial Invoice and
extension of transaction by Seller issuing 12 months contract to Buyer for proceeding.
L/C ,DLC, SBLC payment is accepted, NO upfront, pre-payment. Minimum Order Quantity is 100k/mt if spot.

4. Buyer conducts the Dip Test with SGS/Intertek/VERITAS/or similar inspectors at his own expense, and upon
receipt of the report sends a copy to the Seller.
5. Buyer provides logistics for storage terminal or vessel to Seller, and Buyer, Seller and their logistics schedule
injection.
6. Seller injects fuel into Buyer tanks or Vessels.
7. Within 24 hours of completion of injection, Buyer pays for product to the Seller with MT103 TT and at the same
time the Seller sends the title documents to Buyer and any additional documents of the POP.
8. After the positive execution of the initial spot Buyer and Seller sign the contract for36 months
