D6 is a type of residual fuel, mainly used in power plants and larger ships. The fuel requires to be preheated before it can be used. It is not possible to use it in smaller engines or vessels/vehicles where it is not possible to pre-heat it. D6 is its name in the USA. In other parts of the world, it has other names. Residual means the material remaining after the more valuable cuts of crude oil have boiled off. The residue may contain various undesirable impurities including 2% water and one- half percent mineral soil. D6 fuel is also known as residual fuel oil (RFO), by the Navy specification of Bunker C, or by the Pacific Specification of PS-400.
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a solution of urea and water that's injected into the exhaust stream of diesel vehicles to turn NOx gases (harmful emissions) into nitrogen and water. This system is called a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) implemented by vehicle manufacturers to meet EPA emissions standards in 2010.

"Diesel D6 virgin oil" is not a standard term in the oil industry. However, based on common industry terminology and understanding, it seems you might be referring to a specific type of diesel fuel. Here's a general description that could apply: Diesel D6 is typically classified under the category of middle distillates, which are refined products derived from crude oil. It is a specific grade of diesel fuel used primarily for automotive engines and industrial applications. The term "virgin oil" is not commonly used in this context; instead, "virgin" could imply that the diesel fuel is of high quality and meets certain specifications without being mixed or blended with lower-grade fuels. Key characteristics of Diesel D6 may include: High Energy Density: Diesel D6 is known for its high energy content per volume, making it efficient for use in diesel engines which are common in transportation (e.g., trucks, buses, trains) and industrial machinery. Low Sulfur Content: Modern regulations often require diesel fuels like D6 to have low sulfur content to reduce emissions and comply with environmental standards. Suitable for Various Climates: It is formulated to perform well in a range of temperatures and conditions, ensuring reliable operation in both cold and warm climates. Industrial and Automotive Use: Besides transportation, Diesel D6 is used in various industrial applications where a reliable and efficient fuel source is needed. For oil exporters, Diesel D6 represents a valuable product that can be sold to domestic and international markets where there is demand for high-quality diesel fuel. Exporting Diesel D6 requires compliance with international standards and specifications to ensure it meets the requirements of customers and regulatory authorities in the receiving countries. Origin: Kazakhstan / Russia.
EN 590 Diesel : is a European standard that specifies the physical and chemical properties required for automotive diesel fuel. It ensures uniform quality across the European Union and other adopting countries, facilitating compatibility with diesel engines and adherence to emission regulations. Key specifications of EN 590 diesel fuel include: Cetane Number: Minimum of 51, indicating good ignition quality. Density at 15C: Between 820 and 860 kg/m, ensuring proper combustion and energy content. Sulfur Content: Maximum of 10 ppm (parts per million), classifying it as ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) to reduce harmful emissions. Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) Content: Allows up to 7% biodiesel blending, promoting renewable energy use. Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP): Varies seasonally and geographically to ensure operability in different climates. PAYMENT TERMS - LC OR AFTER TSR VERIFICATION

D6 fuel is also known as residual fuel oil (RFO), by the Navy specification of Bunker C, or by the Pacific Specification of PS-400. Recent changes in fuel quality regulation now require further refining of the D6 in order to remove the sulfur, which leads to a higher cost. Despite this recent change, D6 is still less useful because of its viscosity as well as that it needs to be pre-heated before it can be used and contains high amounts of pollutants, such as sulfur. Since it requires pre-heating, it cannot be used in small ships or boats or cars. However large ships and power plants can use the residual fuel oil.
EN590 was introduced to coincide with the development of new emissions standards across the European Union. The overall goal has been to reduce the sulphur content of diesel fuel. Sulphur had been used as a lubricant in the fuel. Its role is taken by special additives in ULSD. Since 2007, diesel that conforms to EN590 has been referred to as Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) in the European Union. The phrase Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel is governed by different standards in other parts of the world. EN590 describes the physical properties that all automotive diesel fuel must meet if it is to be sold in the European Union, Croatia, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. The EN 590 had been introduced along with the European emission standards. With each of its revisions the EN 590 had been adapted to lower the sulphur content of diesel fuel since 2007 this is called ultra low sulphur diesel as the former function of sulphur as a lubricant is absent (and needs to be replaced by additives). The quality of European diesel fuels is specified by the EN 590 standard. While these specifications not are mandatory, they are observed by all fuel suppliers in Europe. Automobile diesel en 590 is intended for application in diesel engines. Diesel motor fuel quality meets the requirements of European Standard EN 590. For operation in the conditions of a temperate climate following marks of fuel diesel automobile EN 590 are offered: Grade C limiting filterability temperature -5 C; Grade D limiting filterability temperature -10 C; Grade E limiting filterability temperature 15 C; Grade F limiting filterability temperature -20 C. The entire volume of produced diesel fuel quality meets the requirements for fuels for vehicles of Euro 4 and Euro 5. Low sulfur content in diesel EN 590 reduces emissions of sulfur oxides into the atmosphere, which is especially important for for inhabitants of big cities.
We are supplier and exporter of Diesel. We have various types of Diesel. Petroalliance diesel fuel is the second distillate of crude oil. Ultra-low sulfur grades of D2, such as GOST 305-82, with a reduce sulfur content to a maximum of 0.02 percent and reduce sulfur pollution emissions. Diesel fuel is often used in diesel engines. Diesel engines or compression ignition engines, rely on the temperature increase of compression, rather than on spark plugs, to achieve reliable ignition timing and combustion efficiency.
