CIF TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues LOI / ICPO / Purchase Order, upon receipt in acceptance of Seller Soft offer (SCO)
2. Seller issues Draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for buyer review and signing
3. Seller send Partial POP to buyer via secure email

c) Product Passport
d) Company Registration Certificate
e) Product Allocation Export License
4. Seller appoints and signs Charter Party Agreement with the buyer and the Shipping Company. Buyer and Seller Pay to shipping Company for transportation of the products to buyer

PRICE: 80 USD discount per MT from Platts. (5$ commission is seller side) closed
shareholders, Catalog, Company Profile to Seller.
2. Seller issue PI then Buyer provide MT799 to seller account according to PI.
3. Seller issues CI (commercial invoice) during 2-4 weeks to Buyer, and Buyer Signs and returns
to Seller with acceptance letter.
4. Seller sends PPOP LIST;
5. Buyer send SBLC/MT760 for the total value of the cargo.
6. Seller confirm SBLC and send the ship.
7.Buyer confirms the Q&Q of the product injected into the storage tank and the seller injects the
product into the Buyers tank or vessel and furnish buyer with the change of ownership transfer,
buyer release money for the Total Product Available before discharge.
8. Seller release the ownership transfer certificate to the buyer and all relevant
document relating to the exportation of the product.

Suzhou X Chemical offers Bio-Diesel resin with excellent physical and chemical properties such as high capacity and operating capacity, lower pressure drop, well physical and chemical stability. The product is supplied in the hydrogen form which is specially used in the removal of glycerine, soaps, trace water and methanol from crude biodiesel. It can remove soaps and salts simultaneously.
EN 590 is the current standard for all automotive diesel fuel sold in the European Union member states and other European countries. This grade of fuel is also called ultra-low sulphur diesel (ULSD).
All road diesel (DERV) that is now sold in the UK meets the EN 590 standards and has a compulsory 7% by volume biodiesel component blended into it.

Biodiesel Standards
