Description
A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee is made using milk from desi Gir cows. The milk is boiled and naturally cooled to room temperature. Yogurt is made our of A2 Gir Cow milk. The yogurt is then hand churned to separate the butter. This is done at Bramha Muhrat which is 4 am to 6 am. The ghee is made in a traditional way using mango fire wood and cow dung cakes in an iron kadai.

Blended Butter

NZMP Cheddar is manufactured from fresh milk from grass fed cows, sea salt, rennet and our own proprietary starter cultures, to deliver a mild, distinctly New Zealand, cheddar flavour.

This ingredient has the following features:

Mild cheddar flavour
Firm, smooth texture

For best functional performance, cheese should be used within 14 months from its date of manufacture, provided it is stored at the recommended temperature of 4C
