Jinggong Cast Iron Plates and Tables are used in machinery, engineering, automotive industries as rigid bases for layout, marking, inspection, test, assembly work, large fixtures, special tooling and production set ups, also use as tables or beds for precision welding or for carrying out machining operations like drilling, boring, milling etc. In addition, the plates and tables are suitable for large machines, transmission or other industrial equipments. Jinggong Cast Iron T-slotted Plates are specially configured to suit customer requirements. The design, dimensions, and loading capacity of the plate can be tailored to suit the size and weight of the work pieces to be clamped. The number and shape of the ribs can be adjusted to suit the specified loading requirements. The size of the T-slots in the plates is determined by the customer requirements in strength, tensile and compression. The size range is from 100mm 100mm to 3000mm 8000mm. Larger one can be made according to the drawing.
