Cast aluminum-magnesium alloy Category:Aluminum alloy casting Cast Aluminum-magnesium alloy are widely used in the fields of electronics, automobiles, and aerospace. Common grades are 7A09 etc. The main elements of aluminum-magnesium alloy include aluminum and magnesium. The alloy products have high strength, low density and strong heat dissipation capacity, so they are popular in the fields of electronics, automobiles, and aerospace. Common grades are 5052, 5754, 5083, etc. Aluminum alloys have lower cost, superior performance and stronger product competitiveness. The density of aluminum-magnesium alloy is small, so it is lighter under the same volume, and has a certain strength, which can be used for load-bearing. Aluminum-magnesium alloy has strong heat dissipation, and at the same time, it can resist electromagnetic interference and has strong electromagnetic shielding. Its appearance has a certain degree of beauty, is resistant to corrosion, can maintain a good quality of appearance for a long time, and the material is environmentally friendly, and the waste is recyclable.
Manufactured on automated plant with in house designing tool making machining by VMC CNC and all types of finishing
Material: EN-AC-43100. Product weight: From 0.01 to 28 kg/pcs. Gravity casting for over 10 years. Software for drawing: UG, Pro/E, CAD, PDF and ProCAST cavity filling software simulation . Further machining process: CNC machining, CNC lathe. Surface finish process: Polishing, sand blasting, chromate plating, anodizing and PVD. OEM/ODM parts range: High-voltage electrical components, automotive parts and other industrial uses Processes: Each casting machine has a standby furnace for holding melt alloy. The alloy is obtained from ingots that are procured from certified refineries. We melt the raw material according the qualified production process. In the Quality Control laboratory the different product undergo radioscopic checks and the dimensions are inspected on CMM to ensure optimum quality. Qualified operator submits each casting product to deburring. After the product has been cleaned, they will be fully inspected before delivery. Made according to customer's drawing, specifications and/or sample. Products shown on the website are OEM/ODM produced. Casting capacity: 20 to 50 tons/ month. Pallet.
