1. The electrical control system of whole machine is equipped with plc system, operated in graphical interfaces, which with the functions of random signal analysis, failure diagnosis and the parameters setting, guarantee the best running of machine.
2. Px-qt6-15 block making machine equipped with telecommunication control system to make great convenience in monitoring in other place, fault dignosis and system upgrade.
3. Material storing & distributing unit: adopt closed type belt conveyer, which controls the amount of material of hopper strictly. Make sure the material can be used instantly when being conveyed. Prevent the concrete from fluidify in advance owing to the influence of aftershocks, guarantee products moulding smoothly and high qualitatively.
4. Compulsive fast and steady material feeding unit: the revolving degree between material feeding unite and mixer is 360 to feed material evenly, well protecting the humid material against uneven feeding with good density and high quality.
5. Unique and effective mode of vibration: adjust the driving speed of moter by the most advanced technology to meet and guarantee the required demand by the main machine for the different vibration frequency, therefore, to improve the qualify of finished products while shorten the molding cycle.
For aggregates batching and put aggregates into hoisting hopper of mixer; 1 for mixer, water adding in, concrete discharging; 1 for block making, operating the control cabinet; 4 for moving block&pallets to trollies and bringing them to curing area; 3 for moving cured blocks to blockstorage area, cubing blocks and collecting pallets there; 1 for carrying pallets to block making machine.
Comparing with other production lines, this production line needs the lowest equipment investment, with machinery bought from our company, customer can produce blocks and doesnt need to prepare any other equipments. The installation, commission and personnel training needs about 2 weeks.
