YZG Welding Tank Rotator Our designed and manufactured YZG type Welding Tank Rotator absorbs the excellence from the same products from the domestic and forign market manufacturing, which is made according to the pressure vessel manufacturer's requirement. This product is applied in the manual welding and automatic welding for metallic tank, it is the necessary for the pressure vessel manufacturing. Welding rotator (turning roll, roller bed): -Composed of driving/power unit, idler unit, electric cabinet and manually controlled panel. -Manual controlled panel with buttons makes operation much convenient. -Distance between rollers can be adjusted automatically to fit pipes/tanks with different diameters. -Frequency speed control is applied for the adjustment of roller speed. -Two steel rollers are used at both ends of rubber rollers to protect rubber rollers. -Rollers material could also be polyurethane or steel. -Widened rollers increase life span of rollers and reducer pressure on pipes/tanks. Features 1. The column and boom are manufactured with cold-formed welded type structure. After the annealing process and finish machining, they possess fine rigidity and strength. 2. To ensure safety, the boom lifting device uses a ratchet-and-pawl structure and is equipped with a fall protection device. 3.
