1. The column and boom are manufactured with cold-formed welded type structure. After the annealing process and finish machining, they possess fine rigidity and strength.
2. To ensure safety, the boom lifting device uses a ratchet-and-pawl structure and is equipped with a fall protection device.
3. Frequency control is applied for the adjustment of retracing speed, greatly improving the reliability and stability of the fixed welding manipulator.
4. The front end of the boom is manufactured with a cross adjustment structure which can be adjusted through the manual control box.
5. The eight guide wheels all utilize eccentric structure. During installation and set up, the lead rail tension can be adjusted by using the eccentric shaft. After this adjustment, the rail should be locked with double nuts. Fixed welding manipulator (column boom manipulator)
6. The column rotation can be carried out with manual and electric control then locked.
7. The electrical equipment of the fixed welding manipulator includes a manual control box and electric cabinet.
8. Trolley, manned seat and worktable, drag chain, seam tracing and monitoring system, and flux recovering system are optional.

The rotators are built in capacities from 3ton to 200 ton. According to capacity load, the rotator wheels are of pu or full metals, which can ensure the support capacity and maintain working long time. The specifications are as follow 1. Welding rotator (turning roll, roller bed): -Composed of driving/power unit, idler unit, electric cabinet and manually controlled panel. -Manual controlled panel with buttons makes operation much convenient. -Distance between rollers can be adjusted automatically to fit pipes/tanks with different diameters. -Frequency speed control is applied for the adjustment of roller speed. -Two steel rollers are used at both ends of rubber rollers to protect rubber rollers. -Rollers material could also be polyurethane or steel. -Widened rollers increase life span of rollers and reducer pressure on pipes/tanks.
