Briquetting is a process where coconut shell charcoal powder is compressed under high pressure using mechan- ical presses method, mixed with very small portion of starch under this pressure thus binding the material into a briquette.During the compression of the material, temperatures rise sufficiently to make the moisture in the coconut shell charcoal to evaporate. This will produce dry briquette that is easy to burn.
Made from 100% recycled coconut shells, the charcoal briquettes burn longer, cleaner, and have higher temperatures than regular charcoal briquettes. The all-natural manufacturing process involves no chemical and harmful ingredients, and no trees are cut down to produce the raw material.
