Calcium carbonate mud (carb-cake) is pressed, washed, and squeezed under pressure in fully automatic mud presses to reduce its sugar and moisture content, the produced press mud contains around 25% moisture (w/w) as measured by loss on drying (LOD). The resulting mud press looks like aggregates of small gravels thatâ??s composed of microcin sized crystals. The Flow characteristics of such aggregates are very poor and makes it difficult to fill the trailer of disposal truck which requires more journeys to dispose the whole quantity. Below are the physical and chemical properties of the produced wet carbo-cake Main Constituents in (wt%) SiO2 3.82 TiO2 0.03 Al2O3 0.9 Fe2O3 0.38 MgO 0.61 CaO 44.73 Na2O 0.22 K2O 0.2 P2O5 0.4 SO3 0.96 Cl 0.03 LOI at 550C 30 LOI at 1000C 48 Rb2O 0.001 MnO 0.019 NiO 0.005 CuO 0.012 ZnO 0.004 SrO 0.013 Dried Carbo-cake converts it into free-flowing powder with a bulk density of 1.1 and reduced weight in total resulting in reduction moisture to less than 5% and increasing its flowability characteristics Areas of application Concrete ready mix Filler in paper industry Filler in plastic manufacturing Filler in concrete mix to adjust some physical and chemical properties

Overview : LGS-P-CSS20 product boasts excellent film-forming ability. It can form a waterresistant layer on the surface of paper and cure rapidly, thus demonstrating agreat sizing effect. Besides, it has the benefits of small usage amount, lowcost, and it is easy to use, making it an ideal and wide application to writingpaper, packaging paper, wood-free paper, copying paper, coated art paper,high-strength corrugated paper, Kraftliner board and etc. The product may replace partor all of internal sizing agent, hence lowering the cost of sizing. Itdemonstrates a great sizing effect after surface sizing. Since the sizing is maintainedon the surface of paper, the paper is thus endowed with excellent waterresistant property. The application of this product greatly improves thesurface strength and printability of paper, ensuring high fidelity, good gloss, dimensional beauty and significantly avoids picking, linting and pasting platein printing. It can be widely used in different surface sizing equipment. Whenused in conjunction with starch, excellent surface strength, stiffness andwater resistance can be ensured. The product also boasts great mechanicalstability and produces little foam, hence no antifoam agent is needed. General Properties : Chemical Description : Styrene Acrylate Copolymer Iconicity : Cationic Solids : 27-30% Density : 1.02 to 1.06 g/cm pH Value : 3-5 Advantages : Technical Application Surface sizing in the size press film press of similar units Advantages of LGS-P-CSS20. 1) Can be combined with anionic weakly cationic and nonionic auxiliaries 2) Sizing is stable easy to handle 3) Low viscosity easy to handle 4) No foaming of the size press solution 5) It does not impart wet strength to the paper allowing broke to be repulped without problem Surface sizing with LGS-P-CSS20offers the Following Advantages over internal sizing 1) Improves the toner adhesion 2) Improvement in ink jet printability 3) Reduces dusting and picking 4) Produces strong paper e g higher bursting strength and tonsile strength 5) Level of sizing can be corrected faster 6) No deposit on paper machine felts screens and white water copyright © 2019 LGS | Developed By JustPage.in
Overview : LGS-P-SSA20 IS Surfsce Sizing AGENT IS Designed Specifically to meet requirement in sizing promoting for medium and liner paper. Although, starch is widely used in surface sizing and it does improve surface strength and ring crush, but is has no thing to do with sizing performance , i.e. cobb, so an additional sizing agent must be added to the starch system either to get a higher sizing effect or to further reduce sizing agent in the wet-end. With LGS-P-SSA20 Sizing effect can easily be got, that means a more stable paper quality in every roll. General Properties : Appearance : Slight Brown Liquid Composition : Anionic Actylic Copolymer Dispersions Ionicity : Anionic Solid Conent : 28-31% pH Value : 4-6 Approx LGS-P-SSA20exhibits good compatibility to surface sizing starch solution Including oxidized starch, APS converted starch and HPO converted starch. LGS-P-SSA20 NTP-SS 200 is stable to wet-end chemicals, such as Alum that always leaches Out to the starch solution and may cause flocculation to anionic Chemicals, but alum causes no harm to LGS-P-SSA20 LGS-P-SSA20 is a non-foaming chemical, and causes no froth in the Recycling Starch solution, so it can be used in various surface sizing system, e.g. Size-press,sym-size. gate-roll, etc. LGS-P-SSA20 imparts anionic nature to the surface starch solution and Henceforth improves the retention of the said starch solution on the Paper Surface LGS-P-SSA20 Is very quick in curing so after dryer the paper shows good cobb Size immediately LGS-P-SSA20 is very low corrosive, and so not harmful to paper machine. Application : LGS-P-SSA20 is usually applied in the size press imetering size press in combination with starch, but it can also simply be diluted with water It can be added in batches or continuously, the latter method heing more Versatile in that it eriables levels of addition to be adjusted more quickly as circumstances demand The paper does nol necessarily have to be sized at the wet end before LGS-P-SSA20 is applied but this can be an effective means of controlling the extent to which the size solution is able to penetrate. Between 5g/land 20g of LGS-P-SSA20 are required for had sized paper depending On factors such as whether any size is added at the wet ond, etc. it can be combined with starch in concentration between 20g/l and 130g1.
We produced high-quality surface sizing agent. Including Cationic surface sizing agent and Anionic surface sizing agent. Our chemicals are hot-sale in Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan, Middle East and egypt. Hope to support your business better
Surface Sizing Agent(styrene acrylic basic) can significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush strength of corrugated board packaging paper, no maturation period, can be used with the original starch, has little dependence on aluminum sulfate, and has excellent Mechanical stability.
