Buyers Bank pays for the full cargo to Sellers bank via MT103 Swift Wire Transfer and simultaneously pay commissions to all Agents/Facilitators on this SPA, against Original copies of all relevant Cargo documents, including certificate of ownership and vessel Charter Party Agreement in Buyers name. 9. Next shipment continues as shall be mutually agreed, subject to prevailing price.
