The lowering-in belt system consist of two parts
The steel head iron (hook iron, lifting iron or bail).
The sling fabric.
The sling fabric is woven from high tenacity polyester yarn.
The steel belt end and the head irons are designed for ease of use, quick and easy coupling
and uncoupling.
The lowering-in belt sling system is designed for long and durable life and is conservatively rated
with a safety factor of 5:1. These figures are given on the data sheet overleaf. A certificate to this
effect for individual belts and head irons can be provided on request. Hooks are stamped with the
safe working load. All sling fabrics have a tag or plate with the safe working load.

Belt conveyer The conveyers consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our vibrating equipment is adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. Fabrication material : including aisi 304, aisi304l, aisi 316, aisi316l, ss 309, aisi 310, aisi 314, etc. Application: used in sintering, brazing, pharmacy, drying, chemical, glass industry, electric, high temperature equipment, heat treating, transit baking industry and food processing, etc. Material selection : Ss 309 : with a relatively high chromium content of 25%, this alloy provides good oxidation resistance up to 1700ípf(927ípc). Due to instability of the scale formed on this alloy under some conditions, its primary value is in applications where the environment is destructive to high nickel alloys. In these applications where sulphur, lead or zinc may be present, it is particularly useful by virtue of its high chromium content and low nickel content. It also is subject to carbide precipitation in the 800ípf(426ípc) to 1500ípf(816ípc) range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is 1500ípf range and a low carbon or stabilized alloy should be used where the environment is corrosive. Aisi 310 : this alloy is quite similar to type314 except for a lower silicon content. It is used primarily where a relatively high chromium and nickel content is needed and the belt must withstand moist corrosion. Aisi 314 : this alloy is extensively used for belts operating at temperatures up to 2100ípf(1149ípc). Its composition provides a high degree of oxidation resistance at high temperatures and good carburization resistance.
