Wedge Wire Filter Elements
Wedge wire filter element also named wedge wire screen is made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded which makes it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property. The profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration. According to the different usage, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements. Whats more, we can customized the wedge wire filter element such as filter tube, filter basket based on the clients requirements.
