Filter elements made with stainless steel wire cloth as media have the characteristics of long life span, easy cleaning, low cost, etc. We also produce filter packs made by stainless steel weaving wire mesh, phosphate copper wire mesh, copper wire mesh. Wedge Wire Filter Elements Wedge wire filter element also named wedge wire screen is made of V-shape profile wire and longitudinal support rods. Each intersecting point of these wires is fusion welded which makes it has sturdy construction and good mechanical property. The profile wire and support rod can be axial wire or radial wire. It mainly includes internal filtration, external direction filtration. According to the different usage, we can design the flow direction and shape to meet the application requirements.
