JH series automatic shearwelders, covering a range from 40 to 2000 mm wide and 0.6 to 22.0 mm thick metal strip, provide a low cost method to join coil ends together in a minimum cycle time for continuous mill operation. In this process, the trailing end of the leading coil passing through the accumulator and the leading end of the next coil from uncoiler are cut & welded parallel by shear and welder together. These actions are controlled automatically by PLC controller. SRET JH series automatic ShearWelders are designed and continuously improved to provide the most reliable, the fastest and the most automated joining of steel coils.

API pipe mill

API pipe mill is specialized for manufacturing straight welded pipe for petroleum and gas pipelines. Taking hot-rolled steel as raw material, it produce required pipes through cold roll forming and suitable welding methods like H.F. welding, submerged arc welding and so on. The whole production line adopts ZTF�?? forming technology which is developed by ourselves combined with advanced Japanese FFX technology. ( It is no need to change rollers in breakdown section)

AFM-600/AFM-400Automatic Multi Forming machine can automatically perform the procedures of meat filling, forming and outputting, and combine a fully automatic prepared food line with the batter, preduster, fryer, cooker, instant freezer and packing machine. SXJ200 Breading Machine
Breading machine SXJ200 can evenly coat the meat like chicken, beef pork, meat and seafood by outpouring the crumb from the hopper when the products is carried by the belt pass under it. For the bottom coating, there is a layer of crumb on the lower belt. Also there is a roller pressing system to press tightly the crumb onto the surface of the food and the thickness of crumb can be regulated by this unit too.

Aluminum rod breakdown machine is horizontal slip type tandem drawing of aluminum and alloy aluminum rod break down, finishing capstan separated driven for quick die change: single step capstans 1 capstan with 1 passing die, replaceable tungsten carbide drawing rings long life for wearing.

The line is used to draw ordinary aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod into wire. The drawing capstans are arranged in a line that are able to work continuously with drawing speed, mechanical parts and electrical control matching each other.
