This continuous lead-sheathing extruder system is for lead sheath extrusion of cables and lead covering of vulcanization of rubber tubes.
Diameter range of lead sheath extruded is from 10mm to 110mm. There are two types of die rack. One is for dia. Between 10mm to 80mm, and another is for dia. Between 40mm to 110mm. Customer could choose one type or both types.
Both pure lead and lead alloy could be extruded properly by the machine. There are generally 4 types of lead alloys like the following:
A.Alloy of lead and antimony, percentage of antimony 0.5%-0.6%.
B.Alloy of lead, tin and antimony:
Percentage of tin: 0.4%, percentage of antimony: 0.2%
C.Alloy of lead, tellurium and copper
Percentage of tellurium: 0.04%
D.Alloy of lead, tin and cadmium
