SAFFRO MELLOW COATINGS & RESINS MELLOWTEX RUSTIC/DHOLPURI/BUBBELS is a textured finish composed of high quality durable acrylic modified resin specially designed as an intermediate coating. RUSTIC imparts a super premium look to the walls.

Pre-painting Steps
Plaster New masonary surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It is recommended to allow 28 days as the curing time for new masonary surfaces.
Cleaning
Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Growths of fungus, algae or moss should be removed by wire brushing and water. When the underlying surface exhibits chalkiness, in spite of thorough surface cleaning, use Saffroâ??s Exterior Primer.
How To Apply :-
On normal masonary surface by a trowel spatula to obtain an even coating of 1 to 1.5 mm ,2 coats 2 to 2.5 sq.ft/kg**

Filling For Holes & Dents :-
In case of dents and holes use Saffro Mellow Coatings & Resins SUMO Acrylic Wall Putty or white cement and fine sand in the ratio 1:3.
Saffro Mellow Coatings & Resins,MELLOW TEX RUSTIC should not be applied on surfaces / substrates that are subjected to continuous seepage or dampness.
