Product Description:
Flow tube is mainly used in vacuum infusion and prepreg process, feeding channel for resin.
Resin infusion hose : It is made of PE and used to provide a very freeâ??lowing channel through which the resin is distributed near
the point where the resin is first fed into the composite.
Spiral hose : Resin flows freely through the center of the spiral tube, but just as easily out of the spirals in the side,
allowing resin to be supplied all the way along an edge of the composite.
1.The best way to select a tube is to first decide which materials are chemically suitable, and then choose the one which best meets the physical demands of the application.
2.For maximum tube life, use a large bore tube at low speed. For maximum flow rate use the largest tube at maximum speed. For maximum accuracy, use a small bore tube at maximum speed.
3.Suction lift depends on the tube restituting fully before the advance of the next roller. If it does not, the flow rate will be reduced. For maximum suction lift or pressure, use the smallest practicable bore size of tubing and run the pump at the slowest possible speed.

Storage Method:
Stored in a cool and dry place, and make sure not directly touch the ground or wall to avoid moisture. Do not remove the original packaging when store.
