3.Mark, Package, Storage & Transportation
3.1 Mark
The packaging barrel of this product shall be provided with firm and clear identification, indicating the company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, etc.
3.2 Package
The product is packed in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), and the net content of each barrel is (25 ± 0.2) kg; Each barrel shall be provided with product certificate, including company name, product name, batch number, brand (specification number), net content, production date, etc. If special packaging is required, the supplier and the buyer shall negotiate separately.
3.3 Storage
This product should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place to prevent rain, sunlight, moisture, dust and other impurities.
3.4 Transportation
This product is transported as non dangerous goods. Avoid moisture and violent vibration during transportation.
4.Main Application
PVDF resin mixed with acrylic resin and additives can form baking PVDF fluorocarbon coating with superior performance. The coating can be used for aluminum workpieces and aluminum curtain walls, such as plates, profiles, window frames and door frames, with a service life of more than 20 years. The base material must be pretreated before coating. Generally, the construction process of two coating and one drying and three coating and one drying is adopted. It is applicable to the surface of aluminum substrate such as building curtain wall, doors and windows, ceiling, roof and shop facade.
Application Wire insulation, fittings, tubing, filtration housings, wafer carriers, pump housings, valve bodies, heat exchangers and other end use components requiring a high performance fluoroplastic material. PVDF FR906 is a white pellet of polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer with low viscosity,which can be well fabricated into products by injection. Made from virgin PVDF FR906,properly processed PVDF fabricated products provide good mechanical properties,toughness, and highly resistance to acid,alkali,oxidant and halogen at room temperature. The porous film is stable to aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon,alcohol and aldehyde.At at temperature above100 C, it shows high resistance to hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid, nitric acid and alkaline with concentration below 40wt% in water. It is also stable to radiation and most bad environmental conditions, which lead to excellent performance for the long term.
