Flash point: Above 30° c Recommended dry film thickness: 15 to 20 microns Method of application: Brush/spray Thinner P-73 Storage life: 6 month Surface preparation: Mild steel surface Requires wire brushing or acid pickling to get an absolutely clean metal surface free from rest. Precaution: Not to be used in areas of high acidity or alkalinity Does not cure and remains soft until temperature reaches 200°c At the time of application metal must be at room temperature Avoid applying thick coat since that may cause blistering.
