Jet mud mixer is a specialized solids control equipment used for configuring and aggravating drilling fluid , thus change the density , viscosity and pH of drilling fluid.
DC uses venturi tube combined with original jet nozzle created a new design of jet mud devices, not only simple in structure, but also have strong feasibility, which can meet the aggravation and configuration of drilling fluid in drilling solid control system from 1500m to 9000m.

Features of Jet Mud Mixer : 1. Mud Mixer is a single jet mixer combined with 45 KW ( or 55 KW ) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers. 2. The weighting hopper can be combined with a pump or be used independently with pump connected together by manifold valve. 3. Put the drilling fluids materials ( bentonites, barite powder ) and the corresponding chemical additives ( polymer ) into circulation tank for increasing the total. Mud agitator/mud mixer 1. As a dedicated equipment for the standard circulating tank of drilling liquid, it has high transmission efficiency, great transmission power, and strong mixing capability due to the use of circular gear and cylindrical worm for single stage transmission in reducer box, which is provided with blower. 2. Small in volume and light in weight, the reducer box produces low noise but achieves longer service life. Due to its simple construction reliable performance, and easy maintenance, it is suitable to work in the field under harsh conditions. 3. In novel design, the upper and lower mixing wheels have great mixing capability, with its vibration spreading to a larger range, but requiring a reduced start-up torque. 4. The worm and worm gear, and the bearing are lubricated by spray in oil tank; the bearing at the output end of the shaft is lubricated with grease; the lubrication tank for the worm, worm gear, and bearing is separate from the bearing at the output shaft, thus avoiding leakage at the output shaft due to worn-out seal. 5.
