The basic principle of the hydro cyclone is to separate the two-phase or multi-phase mixture of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and so on with a certain density under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed liquid is tangentially flowed into the cyclone with a certain pressure, and a high-speed rotating flow field is generated in the cylindrical cavity. The high density components in the mixture under the action of the swirling flow at the same time along the axial downward movement along the radial outward movement in the reach of the force down along the wall along the wall, and from the bottom outlet, thus forming. The small vortex component moves toward the central axis and forms an upwardly moving internal vortex in the central of the axis, and then is discharged from the overflow port, thus achieving the purpose of two-phase separation.
