We supply a wide range of hydraulic hose bellow forming machines. One is common hydraulic bellow forming machine which covers DN25-150mm, DN50-300mm, DN80-400mm and forms max double layers of hose and bellow. The other version is updated to form hose and bellows without any scratch on the surface of the bellow and hose. Since 2005, FUGE has dedicated to produce hose forming machines, bellow forming machines and investment casting machine. Our investment casting equipment includes core leaching autoclave, dewaxing autoclave, wax injection machine, ceramic core injection machine. Our core leaching autoclave is widely used by turbine blades manufacturers. Besides, we have delivered variety of expansion joint forming machines and investment casting machines to the worldwide leading factories, such as auto punch bellow expansion joint forming machine, hydraulic hose bellow forming machine, mechanical hose forming machine, tube mill, tube expander, Vanstone machine. Our bellow and expansion joint forming machine has utilized our patent technology of rotating salver. Also the auto punch bellow forming machine is updated to form different pitch and convolution height in auto status. There are also bellow forming machines to form square bellow and ellipse bellow, multiple ply square and ellipse bellow with only one seam. Mechanical hose forming machine contains 2 machine working scopes: DN6-25/ DN 32-50mm. The remarkable advantage of mechanical hose forming machine lies in the combination of tube mill and hose forming portion. The coil is welded into round pipe and goes directly into the hose forming head, and then comes out as flexible hose. Seam welder is used to weld a short piece of coil into pipe. FUGE designs the seam welder applicable to various material. It's also installed with auto wire feeder for thick pipe, and also configured with option for auto alignment device as to help operator handling the seam welder easier. Seam welder contains many different models based on different welding length. The longer the seam welder is, the stronger the welding shaft will be, and then the bigger its minimum applicable diameter.
