High temperature will accelerate dry times and decrease pot life; lower temperature will lengthen cure times and slightly increase pot life.

Product Description : Yuhong SPU-301 one component polyurethane waterproofing coating is a kind of coating made by polymerization of isocyanate and polyether polyols, with addition of a variety of aids and fillers. It is applied on substrates to form a firm, soft, seamless sealing film by chemical reaction through, CNCO end group contacted with moisture in air. Features; It has one component which is easy to apply. The different types fits different applications. It hasstrong adhesion, high strength and elongation, good elasticity, good high temperature and low temperature resistance, which make it fit to shrinkage and crack of substrates. It has no benzene or coal tar, so it makes no pollution to environment. Application Range; It could be widely used in all kinds of moisture-resist and waterproofing projects, such as underground project, swimming pools, bathroom, balcony, parking lot and kitchen, as well as for non-exposed roof. Construction Method; Application Process: application preparation; substrate treatment and clean; additional waterproofing for details; application for roof; sealing of end joints and edge;application of protection or separation layers. Substrate treatment: the substrate should be smooth, solid, clean, dry without sharp concave and convex, honeycomb, pocking marks, peeling free of bulge, greasy, apply sealant to concave around pipe root and do additional waterproofing layer in cracks. Additional waterproofing layer: for details, such as concave and convex corners, pipe root, apply additional waterproofing layer, using type II to cracks, coat for 2;4 times(the thickness is about 1mm). Apply waterproofing layer to roof deck: can coat for 2-3 times with scraper, but one coat is allowed too. When the first coat isnt sticky, can apply the second coat, the second coat should be vertical with the first coat. The batter coating rate is 2.0kg/m2for thickness of 1.5mm.
