The straight side can be groud to be flat and vertical to the surface of the glass. And it can bevel the arris of the straight edge to angle of 45 degree. The rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing for flat edge and arris bevelling can be finished at one travelling. Continuous processing can be taken for glass of the same thickness. The shineness of the glass edge surface after being processed will be almost the same as the glass flat surface.

The 'db251d' glass straight-line beveling machine models have been designed and built to accurately grind and polish a bevel to the face of flat glass sheets and also smooth grind (pencil edge+) the remaining glass sheet edge. The beveling, polishing and edging functions are all be processed at one time.

The five grinding and smoothing spindles are accurately adjusted as a group allowing fast and accurate changes in required bevel width. The two felt polishing wheels are positioned by manual. The edging diamond wheel is adjusted manually. The whole machines bed is adjusted electrically for angle changes, via a robust gear drive system.

Des20 double edger is applicable for grinding straight edge of flat glass of different size and thickness. It can bevel the arris of the straight edge to angle of 45íp and it also can grind the four angles. The rough grinding, fine grinding , polishing for flat edge and arris beveling can be finished at one traveling. Continuous processing can be taken for glass of the same thickness. This robust machine is designed to provide a ground and polished finish to the flat edge on flat glass up to 28mm thickness. The 9 spindle ôDE342Aö is the ideal machine for flat polishing all glass types, which can flat grind and polish flat edges together with ground and polished 45¦ arrises.

Operate and maintain.

Production speed is controlled via a motorvariator from 1.0 to 5.0 meters/minute.
Glass thickness is selected through a toggle switch linked to a servomotor and a digital display
The arris wheels automatically adjust with each thickness selected.
Each spindle has an associated ammeter enabling the operator to precisely regulate the degree of contact with the glass.
The entry and exit conveyors are toothed belts and the entry conveyor is equipped with a precise and easy-to-use gear reduction box that enables the operator to lower or raise the height of the inlet conveyor belt. This is especially beneficial when controlling the amount of glass removal without having to adjust each spindle individually.
The main conveyor is very robust with rubber covered nylon conveyor pads. The lubrication system is manual.
All motors are supplied according to clientÆs request, transformers are not used.
